Right of Withdrawal Policy

1. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Due to hygiene regulations, returns, exchanges or refunds of products purchased from MISK AMOUR are unfortunately not possible. All of our products are perfumes, which cannot be returned after they have been opened or used.

Please make sure to carefully review your order before completing your purchase. If you have any questions about a product, please feel free to contact us before placing your order.

Important: The only exceptions to this policy are defective or damaged items. In such cases, please contact us immediately so that we can assess the situation and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund.

2. Items Lost in Transit / Lost or Stolen Packages

By placing an order with MISK AMOUR, you agree to our stated delivery times. Most orders are delivered within the specified timeframe. However, delays may occur in exceptional circumstances, such as customs inspections.

Important: Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

MISK AMOUR is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being delivered to the address provided by the customer.

Upon request, we can provide you with proof of delivery, the delivery date, tracking information and details of the carrier.
